Program Requirements
- The trade-up case must be a genuine abbyrose case*
- The new case must be for a different phone size than the trade-up case
- The new case will be sent in the same design as the trade-up case
- If your trade up case has attached matching accessories, such as a phone grip or card pocket, and you would like them remade for your new case, you can add them using the options below. New accessories will not be attached to your new case. If you do not select matching accessories, the new case will be sent without accessories.

How it Works

Purchase the trade up
Purchase the Case Trade Up on our website, indicating type of design and case, the size being sent in and the size needed for your new case. You can purchase multiple Case Trade Ups on one order by changing the quantity in your shopping cart. Normal shipping fees apply. Both Standard and Expedited Handling options are are available for US customers.

Receive return label
You will receive a return label by email to print out. A single pre-paid return label will be emailed for the entire Case Trade Up order. Labels are sent by email -- please allow 24-48 hours after the order is placed to receive the label.

Send us your case(s)
Package the trade-up case securely and use the printed label to send back to abbyrose. We recommend a bubble mailer. You can track your return shipment via USPS.

Receive shipping notification
Once we receive the trade-up case, we will make the new case in the same design. Any other items on the order will ship together with the new case. You will receive a shipping notification once the new case has been sent.
