Trade Up Program
Program Requirements
- The trade-up case must be a genuine abbyrose case*
- The new case must be for a different phone size than the trade-up case
- The new case will be sent in the same design as the trade-up case
- If your trade up case has attached matching accessories, such as a phone grip or card pocket, and you would like them remade for your new case, you can add them using the options below. New accessories will not be attached to your new case. If you do not select matching accessories, the new case will be sent without accessories.
- Please note: The Trade Up program is available for US customers only.
How it Works

Purchase the trade up
Purchase the Case Trade Up on our website, indicating type of design and case, the size being sent in and the size needed for your new case. You can purchase multiple Case Trade Ups on one order by changing the quantity in your shopping cart. Normal shipping fees apply. Both Standard and Expedited Handling options are are available for US customers.

Receive return label
You will receive a return label by email to print out. A single pre-paid return label will be emailed for the entire Case Trade Up order. Labels are sent by email -- please allow 24-48 hours after the order is placed to receive the label.

Send us your case(s)
Package the trade-up case securely and use the printed label to send back to abbyrose. We recommend a bubble mailer. You can track your return shipment via USPS.

Receive shipping notification
Once we receive the trade-up case, we will make the new case in the same design. Any other items on the order will ship together with the new case. You will receive a shipping notification once the new case has been sent.

Can I trade up custom or personalized cases?
Can I trade up custom or personalized cases?
Yes, we accept both custom and personalized cases in the Case Trade Up program. Be sure you indicate custom/personalized on your Case Trade Up order, and we will resize the previous artwork for the new case.
Can I trade up Mash Up cases?
Can I trade up Mash Up cases?
We do accept Mash Up cases for the Trade Up program, however since these are one-of-kind designs, the new case will look slightly different than the origianl mash up. Be sure you indicate that it is a Mash Up design when ordering the Case Trade Up.
What if I haven't received a return label?
What if I haven't received a return label?
We generally send return labels by email within 1-2 business days. Be sure you check your spam folder as sometimes the labels get put there by the email system. If you have not received a label within that timeframe, please reach out to us by email or text!
Can I order other products at the same time as a Trade Up?
Can I order other products at the same time as a Trade Up?
Yes, Case Trade Ups can be combined with other products on your order, but please note that the entire order will not ship until the old cases have been received.
Can I send back multiple cases?
Can I send back multiple cases?
Yes, you can order multiple Case Trade Ups on the same order and send all of the old cases together with a single label. Just be sure that you have added the number of cases on your order and that the specifications (size, attached accessories, etc.) are correct for each case you'll be sending back.
Is the program available outside of the US?

Unfortunately, we are not able to generate return labels for customers outside of the US. If you are an international customer who wants to take advantage of the Case Trade Up, you can do so, but the cost of shipping your cases back to us will be your responsibility.

We do not accept Mess Up cases for the Case Trade Up program. Some customers do send us back Mess Up cases that they are no longer using as a donation, however, and we will glady repurpose them for you!
