I received the wrong item or an item was damaged
If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, such as an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know upon receipt and we will make it right!

I ordered the wrong item by mistake
If you find that you accidentally ordered the wrong size or need to exchange for another reason, we are happy to do that within 14 days of receipt! Just send us an email with the details of the exchange request. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we shipped an incorrect order.

I am not happy with an item or no longer need it
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we accept returns within 14 days of date of receipt. Just email us to get a return authorization and send back your item in new condition and original packaging.
We will refund the cost of your item in the form of your original payment or provide store credit based on your preference. Shipping fees are not refundable. We cannot accept returns on items that show wear or are returned after the 14 day window.

An item broke or stopped working
If your product breaks or has other defects within 90 days of receipt, please contact us by email at support@shopabbyrose.com along with a photo/video and description of the problem. Any damage that occurs after 90 days is considered normal wear and tear.
Mess up cases added to an order during a livestream event are sent "as is" and are not subject to our manufacturer warranty.
Please note that while we do strive to offer cases that are both affordable and protective, we do not guarantee to prevent all damage to your device.

I ordered during a live on social media
If you ordered during a livestream event and received bonus items with your order, then the order is not able to be returned for a refund, but we can process exchanges on unused items. We do not offer exchanges on free items that were added to the order.

Fair use and limitations
We reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges accounts for customers with unusual return/exchange behavior. The customer account may additionally be restricted from future purchases or participation in livestream events.
