Your first box is shipped immediately after you begin your subscription, and future boxes are shipped every 30, 60 or 90 days based on your delivery setting. Your credit card will be charged a few days before each future shipment.
Once subscribed, you can manage your subscription at any time from your customer account:
- Skip a shipment
- Change your phone size or selected accessory
- Change your payment information
- Change your shipping address
- Change your delivery frequency
- Cancel your subscription
Please note that you must create a customer account to purchase a subscription and subscription orders must be paid by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
